Alley Baba

This is Alley Baba (half Persian, half bastard), our longhair. This refers only to her shedding habits, not her tastes. I've given up Hoovering the floor, now I'm spinning to knit a sweater. She does reduce our stress level and improve our health--she makes us practice both the long jump and hurdles as we try to make our way to the kitchen and makes a very satisfying noise when punted. Alley used to be the shy and retiring type, but after eating her first mouse she became a Sabertooth Kitty and the amusement of squirrels for blocks around. We certainly wouldn't trade her for anything that wasn't soft, cuddly, friendly, declawed or of monetary value.
